Paul has over three decades of experience in the pension industry, including commercial, strategy, business development, digital innovation, and growth roles. He is a Co-Founder of Retirewell Technology and My Time Pension, the UK's first Retirement-as-a-service proposition. He has held senior roles at institutions such as Smart Pension, NEST, HSBC, Aviva, Aegon, and Legal & General. He regularly contributes to debates, blogs, podcasts and presents key insights to industry professionals. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Pensions Management Institute. He has volunteered for the Pensions Ombudsman and been a mentor.

Elliott has been working in Financial Services for over 37 years and became a Financial Planner in 1994. Twenty of those years were focused on the area of Employee Benefits and Elliott successfully worked with companies of all sizes, ranging from small family owned businesses to large recognisable household names.Since 2017, Elliott has held Head of Commercial roles working with professional partnerships including Solicitors, Accountants, General Insurers and Affinity Groups and has led financial planning teams within Sanlam Wealth, atomos and The Superbia Group. Elliott is a co-founder of My Time Pension and RetireWell Technology.

Reuben has over 20 years' experience creating successful digital products and services across a range of different industries. In that time he has been a trusted advisor to household names like British Airways, Boots, Waitrose, Next, Samsung, Halfords and more. Over the past few years, Reuben has run a consultancy which has helped guide, build and transform a number of successful tech startups. He first met Paul at NEST Pension, where they worked together as part of the early team responsible for the scheme's launch and growth. As our CPTO, Reuben has led the product strategy, design and technology for MyTime Pension and Retirewell Technology. He also coined the term 'Retirement as a Service'.
